Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

If your order qualified for free shipping (orders of AED 50 or more), no shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was below AED 50 and a shipping fee was charged, the shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
